By using West HVAC Service Los Angeles's booking, phone, or service request channels, you agree to these terms.
Service scope
Site content is informational and supports field diagnosis. Final scope, equipment selection, line-set routing, panel review, permit pathway, and inspection coordination are confirmed at the property. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted in writing.
Booking and scheduling
Booking CTAs collect job photos, comfort goals, brand preferences, access notes, and urgency level. Service windows are scheduled based on parts availability, jurisdiction permit timing, utility coordination (LADWP, SCE, SoCalGas), and access constraints (HOA, estate management, condo freight elevators).
Permits and inspections
Replacement, electrification, panel upgrades, and major mechanical changes are pulled as permitted projects through LADBS, City of Beverly Hills, City of Malibu, City of Santa Monica, City of West Hollywood, or LA County Building & Safety as appropriate to the address. Inspection scheduling is part of the project timeline.
Warranty
Manufacturer warranties on installed equipment are registered upon final inspection. Labor warranty terms are stated in the signed scope of work. AHRI matched-system documentation is provided in the close-out package.
Limitation of liability
West HVAC Service Los Angeles is not liable for pre-existing conditions discovered during access, hidden code violations from prior installations, or damage caused by tenant or third-party interference with installed equipment.
Updates
These terms may be updated to reflect code changes, jurisdiction updates, or service additions. Continued use of booking channels constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
